Course participants by personal characteristics, 2007
Description
This table provides data on the number and proportion of persons in the working population who have participated in at least one work-related course and the number of persons in the working population who did not take part in work-related courses.
The population surveyed is the Dutch population aged 25 to 65. The figures come from the pilot study Adult Education Survey (AES), a European mandatory study on adult education, which was held in early 2008.
In 2013, figures from the regular AES will be published for the first time. This is, in the case of the 2008 pilot, no longer linked to the EBB but a self-contained study with its own sample and weighting. This regular AES will take place periodically. The frequency has not yet been definitively established at the time of publication of these tables. (see 4. Sources and methods).
