Blue Agenda Potency for wet nature

Description

Potential for wet nature. Minor wetness means that the GVG should be increased to 50 cm or the drought stress should be limited to 9 days. A lot of wetness means that the GVG 50-150 cm should be increased and/or the drought stress should be reduced for 9-29 days.
