Description
The land use plan (FNP) defines the overall development for the entire urban area. It documents a target vision.
The FNP is not legally binding, but lays down the planning goals of a municipality in broad lines. The land use plan is regularly adapted to changed targets in parts of the city and accordingly amended.
Thanks to its standardised colour scheme, everyone can quickly see for which areas of the urban area which city development goals are set for.
