Emergency storage areas (Environmental Vision 2016-2020)
Description
This file contains emergency storage areas as established in the Environmental Vision of Groningen 2016-2020.
Emergency recovery areas act as additional water storage areas, for those situations where all water storage areas are already in use and even more temporary storage capacity is needed. Emergency storage areas are used on average once in 100 years or less.
We have included rules for the use of land in emergency storage areas in the Environment Regulation.
