Description

This dataset provides annual information on work place harassment and violence occurrences reported by federally regulated employers to the Labour Program under the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations, which came into force in 2021. The data provides information on reported occurrences, such as the number of occurrences, sexual and non-sexual occurrences, the relationship between the principal and responding parties, and resolution methods. Data is presented in aggregate form, with breakdowns by federally regulated industry sector and by public and private sector employers.
