Description

The development plan Blankenese 44 for the area of application between Stehrs Treppe, Süllbergsterrasse, Möllers Treppe and Elbstrand (district Altona, district 223) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: North boundary of parcel 1871 - Krumdal - Süllbergsterrasse - Süllbergstreppe - Northwest and Northeast boundary of parcel 143 - Elbterrasse - Möllers Treppe - via parcel 2146 (Strandweg), East boundary of parcels 2146 (Strandweg) and 1536, via parcel 2176, South boundary of parcel 2176, via parcel 2140, via parcel 2245 (Strandweg) - Stehrs Treppe - West and North boundary of parcel 2371, West boundary of parcel 2370, South and West boundary of parcel 1181, Southwest and North boundary of parcel 1179, Northwest boundary of parcels 1178, 1176 and 1174, West boundary of parcels 1173 and 1657, via parcel 1871 of the Blankenese district.
