73E-CH land use planning (cantonal, part AVK)
Description
The basic geodataset shows the perimeters of all valid cantonal usage plans (KNP) in the area of transport with legally binding determinations. These plans and the associated regulations are regulated in §§ 10 and 93 of the Building Act, BauG (old law also referred to as "overbuilding plans"). KNP Verkehr covers the strategic free-holding interests for road construction projects. Their determinations are public law restrictions on ownership (ÖREB); this dataset belongs to the area of space use of the ÖREB-Cataster. They may include the following determinations: • Construction lines: they take precedence over other distance rules. They replace the general distance regulations. Construction lines limit the development and serve, in particular, to secure existing and planned plants and areas as well as the structural design. • Visibility zones / lines of sight • Lateral access restrictions: Exit ban (access/disembarkation) and access/disembarkation restrictions • Road lines • Special use regulations
