Description
This table contains information on police records
crime, the suspects heard and the cleared offenses. The
figures are given by type of crime and the police region in which
crime has been committed. The declaration may have in another region
it took place. The numbers of suspected suspects are also reported.

The type of crime is presented in a number of main and subgroups.
The recorded crimes and suspects heard are related
the population of 12-79 years.
The data at national level include data from the
Royal Marechaussee and the National Police.
The classification of the municipalities is based on the classification in the
year following the reporting year.
The table was discontinued on 7 July 2010.
On registered crime is a new series from 2005 onwards
listed in the table: Gereg.crime; crimes by type of crime
and the police region.
