Development plan Lemsahl-Mellingstedt 20 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Lemsahl-Mellingstedt 20 for the area east of the Lemsahler Landstraße and north of the road Spechtort (District Wandsbek, district 521) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Spechtort — Lemsahler Landstraße — north and east boundary of parcel 440, eastern boundary of parcels 2434, 3881, 3830, 446, northern boundary of parcel 3355, north and east boundary of parcel 1450 (Im Kohlhof), via parcel 1450 of the Lemsahl-Mellingstedt area.
