Description
This table was discontinued as of 27-07-2012 and continued as Crimes; trial at first instance to large municipalities. See also paragraph 3. The reason for cessation is the introduction of Standard Classification of Crimes 2010.
This table shows the number of court cases settled by the court of first instance, broken down by 25 large municipalities and some characteristics of the municipality where the crime occurred. The Great Municipalities
have been chosen on the basis of the Grand Urban Policy (GSB). The characteristics consist of the degree of urbanity and the size class of the municipalities.
In the table these data can be further broken down into:
— type of crime;
— final decision.
In the case of judgment by the judge, the cases of the court shall be
hearings to another case have not been taken into account as a settlement.
The figures in the table are rounded to five.
