Cantonal roads Road classes
Description
With the law on roads and paths (RB 725.1), the cantonal roads are divided into two classes. The 1st class roads are the road connections of cantonal importance and those roads that are necessary for an efficient and needs-based connection of the political communities to these connections. 2nd class roads are all other cantonal roads. For the sake of completeness, national roads are also shown.
