Written form requirements in federal administrative law
Description
The data set contains written requirements contained in the Federal Administrative Law. The project “Digital Declarations” (Standard Screening) would therefore like to encourage alternatives to personal signatures and, ideally, to delete too strict formal requirements completely. This will reduce bureaucracy and promote digital communication with the administration. The aim is to facilitate communication that is more citizen-friendly to technological progress. The references in the table are stored in a web-based database. This enables the competent federal authorities to check the need for individual written form requirements and to enter their assessment thereof. Länder, municipalities, associations and the National Standards Control Council can also issue opinions. The database will be unlocked in the second quarter of 2015. The most important standards will then be discussed again.
