Description
This WMS presents the Information System Raw Materials Overview Map of North Rhine-Westphalia 1: 1 000 000 (IS RÜK 1000). The map gives a highly generalised overview of the distribution of raw materials in North Rhine-Westphalia. It shows energetic deposits (brown and hard coal, earth and pit gas) as well as non-energy raw material deposits (locker and solid rocks as well as rock salt). The districts of the ore and industrial minerals in NRW are also shown.
