Description
<p>Adjusted price index based on monthly adjusted consumer expenditure basket weights created by Statistics Canada, in partnership with the Bank of Canada. The data cover the majority of consumer goods and services. These estimates reflect expenditures during the pandemic and concurrent physical distancing, providing insight into the impact of COVID-19 on the headline Consumer Price Index (CPI).<br></p>
