Areas in the Netherlands 2002
Description
In the publication Gebieden in the Netherlands 2002 a relationship is established between
the municipal classification (lowest administrative level) on 1 January 2002 and
various subdivisions of the Dutch territory on
upper-municipal level.
For the sake of convenience, these subheadings are used in addition to area classifications
also taken into account the divisions of municipalities by size (inhabitant number) and
urbanity.

Frequency: discontinued; each year, a new table with the most recent place names is compiled
