Office locations

Description

The file contains an overview of the office locations in South Holland with at least 10.000m2 GFA present and/or planned. The database was created on the basis of various regional office strategies and monitors and own office knowledge. It contains RIN numbers of the locations and data on the existing stock as of mid-2018 (Need-eraming office space province of Zuid-Holland, Stec based on BAG), the still available capacity in (mostly minimally established) zoning plans and the land area of the office location.
