Development plan No. 1: “Merzdorfer Straße” (Gröden)
Description
As a binding construction plan for the scope “Merzdorfer Straße”, the development plan translates the land use concept of the municipality into directly applicable law.
A pure residential area is to be built (§3 BauNVO). One-storey residential buildings in open construction as well as annexes and pitches are allowed. The development plan includes an integrated green plan.
