Description
This table contains figures for urban or public sewage treatment plants under management at water boards. Wastewater treatment results in a residual product, the sewage sludge. The quantity and destination of the sewage sludge released is shown in this table. The data can be divided into the following characteristics:
— purification type;
— size class of the capacity of the treatment plants;
— class of dry matter content of the sewage sludge;
— province.
