Treatment of urban waste water; installation characteristics, 1981-2013
Description
This table contains figures for urban or public sewage treatment plants under management at water boards. The table gives a census of the numbers and capacity of the urban waste water treatment plants, per treatment type, to the following selections:
— applied method of phosphate removal.
— applied method of nitrogen removal.
— applied method of sludge stabilisation (fermentation/demineralisation).
— applied method of sludge dewatering.
— type and management form of surface water discharged.
— size class classification based on capacity, national classification.
— size class classification based on capacity, according to EU Urban Waste Water Directive.
Data available from 1981 to 2013.

The figures are final.
