Light emission

Description

On the maps you can see how much light can be seen at night in the Netherlands, seen from above, expressed in 10-10 watts per cm² per steradial. In areas that light up purple, a lot of light is emitted, such as in the greenhouse area in South Holland. In other areas, such as in the north of the Netherlands, the cities are emitted with little light. Lighting in the evening and night allows us to be active longer (sports, going out) and contributes to traffic and social safety.
