WMS LGL-BW SAT Sentinel-2 2022 CIR 10 m floor resolution
Description
Baden-Württemberg mosaic of the satellite data of the Sentinel 2 from 2022 in CIR (MSI Color-Infrared, Sentinelbands: 8/4/3). The so-called color infrared image consists of the Near Infrared (NIR)-, the Red-, and the Green Channel. From this representation, the state of vitality can be derived from vegetation. Healthy vegetation has a high return radiation in the infrared range and therefore appears bright red, while sick or dead vegetation is depicted in brown to grey tones.
