Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Unterer Ährich” of the municipality Rottenacker from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Development plan Lower Ährich, 3 rd amendment, drawing only. Amendment, moreover, the Bplan “Unterer Ährich” has been valid since 21.3.1997, including amendments 1 and 2.
