For the scope, it is intended to exclude certain types of farms that consume a relatively large amount of area, but which provide a small number of jobs.
The previous limitation in the north of the planned area to mixed-area-compatible uses is to be replaced by so-called emission quotas.
The local building regulations were repealed without replacement.
