Description
This section contains final decisions of the Public Procurement Office (‘the Office’) imposing a fine and a ban on participation, as a result of the application of the penalty mechanism by the Office, for the fulfilment of the constituent elements of administrative offences laid down by Act No 25/2006 on public procurement and amending certain acts.
