Description
In accordance with Paragraph 193(5) of the BauGB, the taxed land values in the built-up outdoor area were determined using average land values derived by the office of the Oberer Gutachterausschuss and using the conversion coefficients for built-up land in the outdoor area adopted by the Oberer Gutachterausschuss.
