Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Behaglicher Weg 5” of the city of Schwaigern from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Industrial area restricted (GI/E), priority use GI.
