Description
This dataset presents the annual figures of the statistics of Swiss cities 2024 - Construction and housing: dwellings, by energy source of heating; Empty dwellings, by number of rooms; living space, occupancy and density; dwellings by type of dwelling and average monthly net rent; Apartments, by number of rooms ; dwellings and buildings, by construction period ; buildings with residential use according to the number of storeys; Annual building access to dwellings, by type of work; Percentage of persons moving in the permanent resident population, buildings by building category. The descriptions (general information, legend, explanations of codes, list of variables, explanations of variables, sources, status of data) of the variables in the CSV file are available in the appendix.
