Landscape plans Kreis Viersen

Description

Landscape planning serves as a technical planning of nature conservation and landscape maintenance of the spatial implementation of nature conservation goals. According to § 7 LNatSchG NRW, the local requirements and measures to achieve the objectives of nature conservation and landscape conservation and to promote biodiversity are to be set out in the landscape plan and set out in a legally binding manner. Between 1982 and 1999, landscape plans were drawn up in nine planning procedures for the district of Viersen and have been amended several times since then. In the meantime, however, a fundamental revision of the landscape plans in the district of Viersen is required. In this context, from 2019 the landscape plans will be re-tailored and the number of landscape plans will be reduced from nine to three: A Landscape plan "Grenzwald/Schwalm" (Landscape plans 1, 3 and 4n): Municipalities of Bruges, Niederkrüchten, Schwalmtal and parts of the city of Nettetal B Landscape plan "Süchtelner Höhen/Nette" (Landscape plans 2 and 7): Cities Nettetal and Viersen as well as parts of the municipality Grefrath C Landscape plan "Niers/Willicher und Kempener Lehmplatten" (Landscape plans 5, 6, 8 and 9): Cities Viersen, Kempen, Willich and Tönisvorst as well as municipality Grefrath Here you will find the landscape plans revised in the district of Viersen in the procedural steps (1) of the early participation of public authorities and citizens in accordance with Sections 15 and 16 of the State Nature Conservation Act (LNatSchG) NRW, (2) of the public interpretation in accordance with Section 17 of the LNatSchG NRW or (3) the legally binding drafting of plans in accordance with Section 19 of the LNatSchG NRW. The landscape plan "Grenzwald/Schwalm" is available as a legally binding plan version in form.
