Description
The Billstedt 88 development plan for both sides of Steinbeker Hauptstraße between Bergedorfer Straße and Kapellenstraße (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 131) is established. The area shall be limited as follows:
Kapellenstraße — Brockhausweg — North borders of the parcels 1705, 987, 986, 985, 984, 955, 954 and 953 of the area Kirchsteinbek — Steinbeker Marktstraße — Kapellenstraße — An der Glinder Au — north-east border of the parcel 819, east borders of the parcels 819 and 820 of the Kirchsteinbek area — Mümmelmannsberg — via parcel 824 of the Kirchsteinbek area — Steinbeker Hauptstraße — via parcel 533, East and south borders of parcels 532 and 530 of the Kirchsteinbek area — On the Steinbek — Bergedorfer Straße — West boundary of parcel 1350 of the Kirchsteinbek area — Steinbeker Weg — West boundary of parcels 716 and 719 of the Kirchsteinbek area — Steinbeker Hauptstraße — West and northern boundary of parcel 2878, western boundary of parcel 3007 of the Kirchsteinbek area.
