Environmental Ordinance, Staldering Areas
Description
Staldering areas are regions that the province of Noord-Brabant has designated in the Environmental Ordinance.
Within these areas, instruction rules apply with additional conditions for the development of livestock farms. These rules aim at preventing further regional concentration of livestock and preventing (further) vacancy. The increase in the area of animal housing within a building plot is only possible if animal housing disappears elsewhere; the so-called stables. The municipality may not change an environmental plan in violation of the rules of instruction.
