Description
The stock indicates the boundaries of the area within which the Environmental Ordinance Noord-Brabant applies. The file covers the entire province of North Brabant. All municipalities in North Brabant must therefore comply with the instruction rules in that Environmental Ordinance when drawing up environmental plans, project decisions and the like. Part of the instructions relates to the justification or justification as it should be included in the explanatory memorandum of a plan.
