Development plan 9-002 entered into force on 22.10.2021. Its scope is in the districts of Brühl and Stühlinger.
A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
