Environmental Ordinance, Remediation and relocation site agrarian farm
Description
There are a number of schemes where a subsidy has been granted for the rehabilitation of an agricultural holding where the approach is that the destination on the parcel is then adjusted. These are:
System Termination of livestock farming (RBV)
Subsidy scheme Termination Intensive Livestock Farms (BIV)
Subsidy scheme for greenhouse horticulture companies in sensitive areas (GTB)
Movement Control Intensive Livestock Farming (VIV)
Subsidy scheme for emergency areas North Brabant 2016 (SUN)
In the Environmental Ordinance, these locations are made clear. The rules prevent rebuilding here for the type of company that has previously been rehabilitated or relocated as long as an appropriate repurposing has not yet entered into force.
