Environmental Ordinance, Dutch Water Lines
Description
In the Decree on quality living environment, the heritage sites of exceptional universal value have been identified, including the Dutch Water Lines that have been designated as world heritage sites. The protection of the universal value of this World Heritage Site is done by provincial ordinance. In any case, the rules protect heritage in the event of changes to the environmental plan. This article sets out the rules that municipalities must comply with in their planning.
