Environmental ordinance, Built-up area
Description
This file contains the built-up area as listed in the Environmental Ordinance Noord-Brabant. From a provincial interest, densification within these areas, with customization, is possible. Developments within the Built Area are linked to the strengthening of environmental quality and the involvement of experts in that area, including a provincial employee.
The designation of new areas will only take place on the basis of a well-substantiated request for redefinition for a concrete change to the environmental plan, after following the prescribed change procedure.
