Wierden

Description

This file contains the weeds that are located within the province of Groningen. The province of Groningen considers it important that the relief of weeds remains.The quality of these core characteristics can be affected by cultivation and planting on and in the vicinity of these weeds. By agricultural use, the relief of the weeds can flatten and the soil archive can be affected. In addition, deep dewatering around the weeds poses a threat to the existing soil archive. Wierden are supplemented to restore the violated appearance and to better protect the soil archive against erosion. Municipalities are expected to take into account the protection of the openness and relief of weeds in their zoning plans. In order to ensure the openness of the weeds, the Provincial Environment Vision 2016-2020 and the 2016 Environmental Regulation are partly included in the Provincial Environment Vision 2016-2020 and the 2016 Environment Regulation.
