Fixed capital formation by industry, region; no 1995-2015

Description

This table gives an overview of gross fixed capital formation (according to the property criterion) by type of assets in the different regions. Expenditure on inputs used for more than one year during a production process. This includes, for example, a building, house, means of transport or a machine. This is in contrast to goods or services used up during the production process, such as iron ore, intermediate consumption. Fixed assets can decrease in value over the years due to wear and tear or because, for example, the technique ages (economic ageing). This is called consumption of fixed capital (also known as depreciation). In the case of gross investment, they have not been removed from the value of investments, but for net investments this is the case. Data available from 1995 to 2015. Status of the figures?
