Household income account, region; national accounts 1995-2015
Description
The regional accounts for households in this table descriptive primary and secondary distribution of the household sector’s income account.
These accounts can be used to make interregional comparisons of the main transactions involving households.
The household sector includes all natural persons who reside in the Netherlands for more than one year, regardless of their nationality. In addition to those living alone or in a family context, people in nursing homes, old people’s homes, prisons, boarding schools, etc. are included in households. If the persons included in households have their own business, this business is also included in the households. This is the case with the self-employed and the homeowners.
Data available from 1995 to 2015.
Status of the figures:
The data for the years 1995-2014 are final and of the year 2015 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be finalised.

The Central Bureau of Statistics has recently carried out a revision of the national accounts. New statistical sources and estimation methods are used.
