Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Siedlung Stück (8th change)” of the municipality Grenzach-Wyhlen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Change of buildable surface at the beech path, Flst. No. 3629 is a public green area equipped with children’s playground.
