The development plan Alsterdorf 21 for the scope between Orchideenstieg, Alsterkrugchaussee and Inselkanal (district of Hamburg-Nord, district 407) is established.
The plan area shall be limited as follows: Orchideenstieg (Flurstück 896) — Alsterkrugchaussee (Flurstück 6) — Northeast border of parcel 2508, over parcel 2508, northeast boundary of parcel 2508, via parcel 2511 — Inselkanal (Flurstück 920) — over parcel 2511, southern boundary of parcel 3606 of the Alsterdorf area.
