Environmental Ordinance - Dike Pathways
Description
Together with our partners, we are working on safe regional flood defences in Gelderland. We lay down the environmental values (safety standards) for regional flood defences in our Environmental Ordinance. The water boards manage these rings and check for the second time until 2024 whether they meet the safety standards. This file was adopted by the Provincial Council on 15 November 2023 and will enter into force on 1 January 2024 under the Environment Act.
