Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Auf der Lugen (2nd amendment)’ of the municipality Grenzach-Wyhlen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Extension as a general residential area to the north-east, partial modification of the building regulations.
