Description
File indicates in which areas, through agricultural nature and landscape management, climate services can be compensated for. Areas to temporarily retain water to prevent flooding elsewhere. In addition, climate action is geared towards sustainable soil management; increasing the organic matter content of the soil so that more water can be retained that can be released in times of drought. Minerals are also retained so that less leaching to the subsoil and watercourses takes place, which improves the quality of soil and surface water. The soil is the basis of circular agriculture. The use of rough manure or crop residue increases the organic matter in the soil. This part of the Nature Management Plan 2023 was established on 30-08-2022.
