Description

The figures in this table come from the national vaccination register Præventis of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) — Vaccine Supply and Prevention Programmes Service (DVP). This table was created for the RIVM and contains data on the participation (vaccination rate) in the national vaccination programme from the reporting year 2022. Vaccination coverage is the percentage of children in a given birth cohort that has reached the desired vaccination state according to the RVP vaccination schedule. This percentage is set at different ages (infants, preschoolers, school children, adolescents) and for different vaccinations. In 2022, due to the corona epidemic, no age limit was used to determine vaccination coverage. This means that vaccinations that were administered at a later stage (until 3 March 2022) have also been included. Each year in the second half of June or early July for the year in question. New years are published in a new table and not added to this table. The reason for publishing in separate tables is that each year the most recent municipal layout is used for all available years, and the structure is therefore different. Due to the introduction of informed consent, RIVM will no longer receive all data. It is still unclear whether these tables can be continued in the current form.
