Description
These are the most detailed depth data the Mapping Authority has. The data is collected by mapping the seabed in Norway’s coast and sea areas. For large parts of the coast, we have detailed depth data collected using multibeam sonar. For other areas, only older measurements with coarser resolution are available. Older data is constantly being replaced as new data is collected. The data is available as measured points/grid. For more recent measurements there is also log data(.all) with backscatter information and water column data (.wcd).
