Description
Fixed points of the position networks are Geodetic Base Network Points (GGP), User Fixations (BFP), Trigonometric Points (TP) as well as associated Orientations (OPs) and Excent Centres whose position on Earth is determined by coordinates with centimetre accuracy in the official position reference system. They form the basis for all state surveys (land surveying and land register), but also for technical and scientific surveys.
