REDIAM. WMS Map of Vegetation Series of Andalusia
Description
WMS Service corresponding to the Vegetation Series Map prepared by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and the Ministry of the Environment. It collects the series of vegetation in Andalusia, which are divided into two large groups, the Climatophilic Series, which are those whose dynamics are governed by the water phenomena of the macroclimate and that settle on normal soils, and the edaphophic series that depend on specific soil and microclimate characteristics. The latter are in turn divided into edaphoxerophiles, which are those in which the absence of soil is directly responsible for the xericity, and edaphohygrophiles, which are those that develop on soils with an additional water supply. Node of the Andalusian Environmental Information Network. Regional Government of Andalusia. Integrated in the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia, following the guidelines of the Cartographic System of Andalusia.
