Regional Climate Information System ReKIS
Description
The Regional Climate Information System ReKIS is an interactive tool for the professional provision, documentation, evaluation and interpretation of climate data and climate information from the three federal states of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. ReKIS contains maps and graphics on a variety of climate elements and climate-relevant topics. The interpolation tool RaKliDa calculates GIS-compatible grid climate data. An interactive evaluation tool for individual analysis, presentation and evaluation of climate data. Eligible users will have access to observation data from the German Weather Service as well as to climate projection data of the regional models WETTREG, CLM, REMO and STAR. It is possible to download complete data sets as well as individual climate stations or grid cells.
