Description
It follows from Paragraph 1(3) of the Baugesetzbuch that it is necessary to draw up the land use plan. It specifies the planned urban development, which in turn derives from the objectives of spatial planning and regional planning. Construction plans are the land use plan (preparatory building plan) and the development plan (binding building plan).
