Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Karolingische Klosterstadt” of the city of Meßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Construction of a monastery town based on the famous monastery plan of St. Gallen from the 9th century.
